Ways of Use

(adults and children> 12 years old):

1 sachet or 1 tsp (3g) in a glass, add warm-water or tea & stir well. Alternatively mix in juice/smoothies or yoghurt.

You can add a spoonful of honey or agave syrup, stevia, coconut sugar, etc.

Orange peel flavour

Ideally in the evening before bedtime or during stress or anxiety.
