How to take
Organic Greek Mountain Tea with Dittany
Place 1 pyramid in a cup and pour water at 85-90C. Steep 4 – 5 minutes (or longer for a stronger infusion). Take the pyramid out. Enjoy.

Pour 1 sachet (3g) daily in a cup, add warm-water or Greek Mountain Tea with Dittany & stir well. Alternatively mix in juice, smoothies or sprinkle on yoghurt.
Make it your own: Add a spoonful of honey or agave syrup, stevia, coconut sugar etc. Perfect for all hours, ideally in the morning and midday.
