Place 1 pyramid in a cup and pour water at 85-90C. Steep 4 – 5 minutes (or longer for a stronger infusion). Take the pyramid out. Enjoy.

Pour 1 sachet (3g) nightly in a cup, add warm-water or Lemon Balm & stir well.
Make it your own: Add a spoonful of honey or agave syrup, stevia, coconut sugar etc. Ideally taken in the evening before bedtime or during stress or anxiety.
