When will I receive my order?
When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email; when your order is shipped, you will receive a follow-up email with the voucher code. You can use this voucher code on the courier company’s website to track your order status. For more questions regarding shipping or returns, please visit our Shipping & Returns page.
What happens if prices are incorrect or change unexpectedly?
Despite our best efforts, it is possible (though unlikely) that product prices or shipping charges may be incorrectly quoted on our website. We normally check prices when processing orders for shipping; if we discover that the correct product price or shipping charge is less than stated on the website, we will charge the lower amount when shipping the products to you. If the stated prices are lower than the correct prices, but the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a mispricing, we are not required to sell the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price. If a product’s correct price or shipping charge is higher than the price (incorrectly) stated on our website or in these terms, we will contact you at the earliest to inform you of the error. You will have the option to purchase the products at the correct price, amend the shipping specification (where the mispricing relates to shipping charges), or cancel your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will consider your order cancelled and notify you in writing. If you order is already paid for, we will refund you the full amount as soon as reasonably possible.

What does the name Symbeeosis mean?
In nature, symbiosis is the harmonious coexistence between different organisms that build a mutually beneficial relationship. An example of this creative interdependence is the relationship of bees to the natural environment – they feed on plants, and at the same time pollinate them. Bees are our superheroes: without them, there would be no food and life on our planet. Thus, from symbiosis and the bee, we were inspired to create Symbeeosis.
Where can I find Symbeeosis products?
You can order online on symbeeosis.com as well as offline at major pharmacies, healthy stores, cafes & hotels around Greece and selected partners in the EU. Our honey is packaged in glass jars with metal lids and easily removable labels so that the jar can be reused or recycled. The cardboard box containing our honey is from FSC certified paper, meaning it comes from responsibly managed forests, controlled sources, recycled materials, or a combination of these and can also be recycled. How should I store honey?
Honey should be stored in a dry place at room temperature with the jar or lid securely sealed. Keep honey stored in similar conditions after opening.
My honey has crystallized. Is this a problem?
We are glad you asked! Real raw, organic honey will eventually crystallize – this actually tells you that you bought the real thing.
